My experience here has been very positive over several visits.

James has helped me greatly with longstanding back issues and has been a pleasure to interact with. I now have a lot more confidence with my back thanks to him, I would highly recommend James to anyone.

This is my 3rd visit in 12 years as I keep on doing something silly to my back that means I have severely restricted movement and anything I do hurts. On all three occasions I have been treated by Nick and pretty much from the first treatment things rapidly improve. Last week I was seen on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon I noticed a big improvement. I saw James on Saturday as Nick was away and he was equally as good. I feel lucky to have a place like this on my doorstep as the doctors told me to take painkillers and rest for a few months when I first had a problem!

Had to work with sciatica pain for months hoping that it would go away. But by the time I had my first appointment with Nick I had to take painkillers just to be able to finish my day's work. It took literally three appointments for the pain to disappear. Even though I do feel much better I'm planning to keep my appointment with him. Perhaps one per month would be ok.

Dawn, my wife, has been a patient of Chiropractor Nick Metcalfe For many years
She had  a lower back issue which  was resolved and she  sees him  every 3 months to maintain a healthy back.
Nick checks her posture, movement of neck, shoulders and relieves any muscular tension where needed
He is very thorough & professional & keeps up to date with new ideas and information

I can’t recommend James highly enough at New Malden Health and Performance Clinic. As a chiropractor, he is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his approach.

From the initial assessment, James took the time to understand the issues I was experiencing, explain what was causing them and outline a clear treatment plan. His treatments have made a significant difference, helping to reduce pain, improve mobility and get me feeling much more comfortable day to day.

What really stands out is how approachable and genuine he is. He takes the time to answer questions, explains everything in plain English and makes you feel completely at ease.

The clinic is welcoming, well organised and professional throughout. If you’re looking for an excellent chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients and delivers results, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James.
