Luke Honey
Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist
Luke is a qualified sports massage therapist, holding both Level 3 and Level 4 certifications in Sports Massage Therapy. He completed his training at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and has since built a reputation for providing results-driven soft tissue therapy with a focus on injury recovery and movement restoration.
Before entering private healthcare, Luke worked as a grounds manager at Foxhills Country Club. The physical demands of this role gave him first-hand experience of the strains that physical work can place on the body—and ultimately led him to pursue a career in helping others recover from and manage similar issues.

His APPROACH TO Care
Luke takes a practical and adaptable approach to therapy, drawing on his wide range of training to tailor sessions for each patient. In addition to sports massage, he is also qualified in holistic relaxation massage, allowing him to shift between therapeutic and recovery-focused work depending on the patient and the goal.
He has completed additional training in cupping therapy, acupuncture (dry needling), and taping techniques, all of which help him provide well-rounded care that supports soft tissue recovery and performance.
CLINICAL FOCUS
Luke has a strong interest in injury management and functional recovery, and often works in close collaboration with the chiropractors at the clinic to ensure that patients receive the most effective combination of hands-on care. Whether supporting athletic performance, helping someone recover from repetitive strain, or working to prevent injury recurrence, his treatments are tailored to meet individual needs.
