Luke is a dedicated massage therapist who is passionate about the preventative and recovery benefits of massage, not only in the scope of sports injury, but in everyday life.
Prior to studying massage therapy, Luke worked in physically demanding environments, where injury was commonplace. It was this first-hand experience, seeing how massage can help with injury recovery, injury prevention and mental well-being, that prompted his studies.
