Led by a Premier League Head of Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, our Physiotherapy service brings world-class experience from professional football clubs in the UK and Australia. Our sports physiotherapist is multi-qualified in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and High Performance Sport, and is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate (PhD) in Sport and Exercise Science. Tass also holds further training in Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy and Functional Neurology. This combination of skills allows him to assess and treat the whole body — not just the site of pain — to improve recovery, performance, and long-term movement health.

What to Expect
Assessment
Your initial consultation will begin with a full health history to enable your Physiotherapist to learn more about the condition for which you are seeking help and any other health concerns. This will be followed by a physical examination tailored to your needs and is likely to include tests involving the nerves, muscles and joints to understand your injury, movement patterns, and performance goals.
Report of findings
Following your examination, your Physiotherapist will talk through their findings with you and discuss a personalised plan for treatment going forward. This will include details on the techniques that will be used and the likely number of sessions you will require to see results.
If X-rays, other imaging or further testing is required, your referral options will be discussed with you at this point.
Treatment AND Rehabilitation Plan
Once you are happy with your treatment options and have had any questions you may have answered your first treatment can start. This usually takes place within your first visit and may combines hands-on therapy, soft tissue and joint techniques, and functional rehabilitation.
Treatment is included in the initial fee unless further tests such as X-rays are required.
