We are delighted to offer relaxation massage appointments alongside our Chiropractic and Sports injury treatments. Gentler than traditional sports massage, these sessions are all about allowing you to fully relax and recharge.
Our massage therapists are highly trained in a range of massage technique and can tailor each appointment to your individual needs. Whether you are looking to help for a specific area of tension or would prefer a more general treatment we can work with you to ensure you leave the clinic feeling totally relaxed and balanced!
Both sports massage and remedial massage can assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity, poor posture or overuse of certain muscle groups.
