Payment Policy Information and Cancellation Charges
To schedule an initial appointment with us we require a 50% deposit, payable over the phone at the time of booking. (This is refundable if appointments are cancelled or changed with 24 hours notice).
For all other appointment types we ask for payment at the time of each session and accept payment at the time of each session and accept payment by debit or credit card and Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full appointment fee. Should you need to cancel your appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid this charge.
If authorisation is gained from an insurer/solicitor/case-manager we may be able to invoice them directly for your treatment, we reserve the right to ask for payment at the time of treatment you are unable to provide us with the necessary authorisation codes.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque and we do not offer account credit.
