All initial consultations include treatment unless further testing is required.

*We require a 50% deposit for all initial Chiropractic and Sports Massage consultations. This is payable over the phone at the time of booking and is fully refundable provided the appointment is cancelled or changed with at least 24 hours notice.  Changes or cancellations made after this will not be eligible for a refund.

Private Health Insurance

The Chiropractic Clinic New Malden is recognised by most private health insurance companies and you may be able to claim for all or part of your care with us.  If you are looking to use your private health insurance to fund your treatment please call our reception team to schedule your first appointment, unfortunately these cannot be booked online.

We will require your membership number and a treatment authorisation code in order to commence direct billing to the insurer.  (Some insurers may need a referral from your GP before they issue an authorisation code). Subsequent treatments can be booked via our online booking system.

Depending on your policy you may have an excess to pay, in the event that any disputes or discrepancies arise with the insurance company we ask that you settle your account with us and follow this up directly with the insurer.

Payment Policy Information

To schedule an initial appointment with us we require a 50% deposit, payable over the phone at the time of booking.  (This is refundable if appointments are cancelled or changed with 24 hours notice).

For all other appointment types we ask for payment at the time of each session and accept payment at the time of each session and accept payment by debit or credit card and Apple Pay or Google Pay.  Should you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.

If authorisation is gained from an insurer/solicitor/case-manager we may be able to invoice them directly for your treatment, we reserve the right to ask for payment at the time of treatment you are unable to provide us with the necessary authorisation codes.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cash, cheque or American Express and we cannot offer account credit.
